The Green and Smart Medical Supply Storage Warehouse in Batangas comprises two major steel buildings construct in 5 months, featuring cold and dry storage with a loft for optimal space utilization, along with a two-storey office building for future expansion. Additionally, there are five minor structures for utilities, security, and staff quarters, including a pump room and cistern for mechanical control and water storage. The facility utilizes eco-friendly initiatives such as cross ventilation with inverter-type ceiling fans and automated doors for streamlined logistics, ensuring energy efficiency and operational excellence.
Solane Complex: Office, Staging Area, and Al Fresco
Adhering to strict Feng Shui principles, the design of the Solane gas-related enterprise incorporates infinite curves and glass mirrors to symbolize auspicious elements while maintaining functionality and safety, creating a clean and environmentally friendly atmosphere.
Engineer Cayabyab Retirement House
The property features a blend of modern elegance and greenery, with surrounding rice fields providing privacy and breathtaking views. Amenities include a cabana area for outdoor cooking and dining, edible gardens, passive cooling, and natural lighting for energy efficiency.
